Requirements
- Three years minimum molding experience required.
- Must have experience processing plastics and setting tools.
- Knowledge of robot programming and troubleshooting a must.
- Reliable transportation

- Associate’s degree in a technical field of study preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support processes and other activities consistent with molding department’s expectations and goals.
- Initiate machine processes, make adjustments within process tolerances and recommend any changes for improved efficiencies.
- Responsible for all tool changes and setup of auxiliary equipment.
- Responsible for making the proper connections to the tools (water, hydraulic, vacuum and electrical).
- Assist with setting up and loading material into the slitter machine.
- Must be able to troubleshoot the injection presses and robots.
- Must assist with troubleshooting assembly equipment.
- Continually monitor all processes related to injection molding.
- Analyze and resolve any process problems.
- Resolve any product non-conformity issues that may arise.
- Assist in the set-up and start-up of new tools and materials for trial.
- Conform to the implementation of continuous process improvement in the molding department.
- Must obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
