About The Position
As our Monitor Tech at CHI St Vincent, you’ll play a key role in patient care by helping our cardiac teams monitor heartbeat patterns on electrocardiograph monitors. Your success in this role comes from your genuine desire to help people. You have a keen eye for detail and you understand that your job is critical to saving lives.
Requirements
- High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire or High School GED General Studies, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
Nice To Haves
- Telemetry Monitor Tech experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor heart rhythms and document on rhythm strips
- Alert clinical personnel when you notice changes and arrhythmias
- Ensure monitors are functioning properly
