About The Position

The Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist I role is primarily responsible for the tracking, payment and research of escrow items (taxes, insurance, PMI) for LMCU’s Mortgage portfolio. This role also provides support to the Mortgage Servicing phone queue while demonstrating PRIDE Culture, The Five Star Service Promise and adhering to investor, federal and state regulation.

Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Working knowledge of Symitar, Interlinq, Freddie Mac ServiceLoans and Fannie Mae SURF.

Responsibilities

• Tracking/paying escrow items (taxes, insurance, PMI) to ensure timely payment and protection of LMCU’s interest in each property.
• Answering Member inquiries about their mortgage or HELOC accounts via Mortgage Servicing phone queue, while adhering to the five star service promise, demonstrating PRIDE Culture and staying compliant with investor, federal and state regulation.
• Researching escrow items (including but not limited to: insurance discrepancies, tax delinquencies, annual escrow disclosure items) to resolve internal and external member inquiries.
• Responding to/processing escrow change requests, such as addition or removal of an escrow account, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained while staying compliant with investor, federal and state regulation.
• Daily servicing functions (including, but not limited to: processing loan payments and payoffs, updating/maintaining servicing system, answering email or LiveChat requests for mortgage information)
