About The Position

Marshall Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated team member to join our lending team as a Mortgage Loan Processor in our Marshall office.

This role is responsible for assembling, processing, reviewing, and verifying mortgage loan documentation to support timely and accurate loan closings for loans originated by MCCU loan officers, in accordance with credit union policy and regulatory requirements. The Mortgage Loan Processor works closely with lending staff and provides a high level of internal and external service through clear communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has solid mortgage loan processing experience, strong personal integrity, and a collaborative working style. This position requires someone who can be trusted to manage sensitive information, support teammates, and navigate complex or time-sensitive situations with care and professionalism.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Polite and proficient written and verbal communication skills are required.
• At least one year of experience in real estate and/or mortgage loan processing is required.
