Mortgage Loan Servicers perform the following functions: • Review, research, and resolution of general servicing questions from members or other MIDFLORIDA departments. • General servicing questions and tasks will include, but are not limited to, loan history, payment reversals, escrow balance payments, escrow analysis changes, booking of mortgage loans, insurance questions and other mortgage related topics. • Reviewing, researching, and resolving General Ledger reconciliation issues. • Updating flood insurance records, hazard insurance, and property taxes on a weekly basis for new and paid-in-full loans. • Cross-training with all department functions as assigned. • Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy. • Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always. • Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently. • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Thorough understanding of Federal and State mortgage regulations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Accounting knowledge
