Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges: Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative - $23.23/hr to $30.00/hr Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in mortgage loan servicing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of loan servicing documentation and regulations
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and core banking systems
Responsibilities
- Assist members with mortgage and HELOC questions over the phone
- Respond to email inquiries and help resolve account issues
- Process loan payments, transactions, and account adjustments
- Manage escrow accounts for taxes and insurance
- Review reports and monitor mortgage portfolios
- Process loan documentation such as payoffs, reconveyances, and subordinations
- Research and resolve account discrepancies
- Ensure accounts and processes stay compliant with policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and support members
- Help with audits, reports, and daily balancing
