About The Position

In 1901, Henry Ford designed and built the racecar called “Sweepstakes.” On October 10th of that year, he drove Sweepstakes against Alexander Winton, a famous racer and builder. Against all odds Ford won. That was the beginning – “the race that changed the world” – and it continues to this day. From our victories at Le Mans in 1966 and exactly fifty years later in 2016, to multiple World Championships, the spirit of Henry Ford lives with us every day through our motorsports efforts around the world. Ford Racing is looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Motorsports Program Engineer to join our Motorsports Engineering department, based in Allen Park, Michigan. In this position... This engineer would work across all Ford Performance Motorsports sportscar programs, including track-side support for factory and customer programs, and engineering and development on current and future programs. This position will consist of multiple rotational job assignments over 24-36 months before concluding in a role within the calibration and controls group in the Global Motorsports department. This is a hybrid role and requires at least 4 days per week onsite in Allen Park, MI.
