The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for assisting all incoming residents with a smooth transition from their current residence to Ponte Palmero. High detail orientation, clear and frequent communication with a variety of staff members, customer focused attitude and problem-solving mindset are essential to this role. Position is responsible for ensuring all new move-in paperwork is completing in a timely manner, ensuring the new resident(s) apartment is rent ready, completing a detailed orientation of the policies, rules and regulations of living at Ponte Palmero with each new resident and following-up to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed in a prompt and timely manner. Although this position reports to the Administrator, the Move-In Coordinator interfaces frequently with our marketing team, business office director, business office assistant and maintenance team.
