Requirements

  • Strong ability to guide and support a team in real time across phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain steady in high-pressure situations.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying solutions and driving improvements.
  • Previous customer service or operational support experience preferred.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with inbound/outbound calls
  • Experience responding to and sending customer emails
  • Chat support experience
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of agents as they assist customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Guide agents in troubleshooting and determining the best outcomes for customers.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Report, document, and escalate bugs, issues, and concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including disputes and escalated concerns.
