About The Position

Our Groundskeeping Crew is looking for team members that enjoy working outside and staying physically active. This position requires a considerable amount of walking, standing, bending, and physical effort. Mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, and other lawn care duties are required. This full-time position is year-round and located at our company’s corporate campus in Oklahoma City. $20.15 Hr. Currently 6:00am Start Time - Mon-Fri. Work Schedule (Weekends When Necessary) Shift start times will change as needed and adjust during hot summer or winter seasons.

Requirements

Lawn Mowing experience preferred.
Lawn maintenance experience helpful with lawn blowers, edgers, rakes, hedge trimmers, etc.
Physically fit to work outside during all four seasons.
Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic.
Valid state driver’s license
Excellent communication and organization skills
Safety Sensitive position - subject to drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

General lawn care duties such as mowing, raking, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, edging, etc.
Assist your team with a wide variety of lawn and landscape maintenance duties.
