The MPP Loan Performance Lead is responsible for the oversight of the servicing of loans in the MPP portfolio. This includes performing loan tracking and providing guidance, as needed, to members and servicers. Work directly with servicers and members to manage delinquency, loan modification and foreclosure processes, ensuring compliance with Bank standards and timely resolution of issues. Perform data-driven analysis of portfolio composition and performance, including trend monitoring, risk assessment and the development of actionable insights to inform decision-making. Support the design and implementation of more robust, technology-driven processes that reduce manual efforts, reduce operational risk and improve efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
