Job Description The MPS Market Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business relationships and expanding revenue from existing accounts. This role leverages deep knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through market insights and client needs analysis.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and current clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the organization’s products and services.
  • Establish and manage an effective referral network and structured call program to generate leads and promote sales.
