About The Position

As an MR (Manufacturer's Rep) Account Manager, you will represent business-to-business sales for the World’s Largest Distributor of Wireless Products and Solutions. In this role, you will pursue multi-unit sales opportunities with existing customers and build new business opportunities by offering value-added wireless products and solutions to an organization’s communication needs. Our MR Account Managers have protected territories, and the unique opportunity to sell a wide variety of wireless products and solutions for over 60 manufacturers. Our volume purchasing creates higher profit margins and more competitive bid opportunities as well as rapid order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • 4 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom/wireless
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and closing abilities with excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in processing sales contacts and orders through a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • High energy level, cheerful, positive attitude, competitive personality, and driven to be successful.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Background checks are part of the hiring process, which may also include a Motor Vehicle Check.

Responsibilities

  • Determine needs and communicate the benefits of products, services, features, rate plans, and special offers to existing and new customers as appropriate.
  • Prospect, cold call, and close business with new and existing accounts.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with small, medium, and Fortune 1000 companies within assigned territory.
  • Learn new product offerings and communicate effectively with prospective customers.
  • Meet sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
  • Represent BearCom’s values and business ethics.
