About The Position

Recycling Services of Florida is looking for a Sort Line Lead! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a team of production line workers, ensuring that daily production goals are met and that end of line products are of high quality. The right candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to communicate clearly with the General Manager on a daily basis. This position will provide daily guidance to line workers and train new line workers as needed.

Requirements

• Willing and able to stand and walk for duration of the workday including climbing multiple staircases.
• Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally
• MRF or other Recycling experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and speak English
• 2-5 years lead / supervisor work experience
