Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A positive, patient-focused attitude and strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous imaging or healthcare experience is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare MRI exam rooms and equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience (including magnet accessories, hot/cold packs, and exercise equipment)
- Support patients with intake paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe department through routine housekeeping, laundry, and equipment care
- Verify patient insurance coverage, approvals, and authorizations prior to procedures, ensuring proper documentation
