The position also includes some SAP movements within the system. GR of packing slips, parts movements and adjustments. Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift as well as package delivery to all departments within Dole ATW. This is a temporary role.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Client and SAP
  • High Scholl Diploma or Equivalent
  • Forklift certified.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 150 pounds, with assistance as necessary
  • Certified to handle hazardous material shipments
  • Continual standing, walking, lifting with occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, or crawl
  • Ability to frequently use hands to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Adheres to established safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Reliable, organized, attentive to detail, and committed to high quality work productivity

Responsibilities

  • Manages the MRO Parts Room Specialists daily activities. Includes checking in, logging all UPS and FedEx packages.
  • Responsible for maintaining the storeroom[s] cycle counting and reporting
  • Assist the MRP process by ensuring that SAP is up-to-date with current parts and proper inventory counts are collected and entered
  • Knowledgeable on all GR and inventory related SAP transactions
  • Unload trucks with parts, equipment and/or office deliveries.
