About The Position

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced MSHA Millwrights for a 1-2 month project at a cement plant in Fleetwood, PA. This role involves a variety of industrial maintenance and installation tasks in an active plant environment. The project is expected to last approximately two months and offers consistent overtime.

Requirements

• Valid MSHA 46 or MSHA 48 certification (required)
• Previous experience working in cement plants or heavy industrial environments preferred
• Ability to weld and perform mechanical installation work
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Strong commitment to safety and attendance
• 12-hour shifts
• 6 days per week
• Project duration: approximately 2 months

Responsibilities

• Perform millwright work in an operating cement plant
• Welding, demolition, and pipe work
• Concrete work as required
• Removal and replacement of liners
• Safely work around heavy industrial equipment
• Follow all site safety policies and procedures
