About The Position

This role is designed to drive growth and engagement within an existing base of managed service provider (MSP) customers. You will lead marketing programs that enhance product adoption, support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and strengthen customer relationships. The position combines strategy and hands-on execution, including lifecycle campaigns, enablement content, webinars, and value-driven initiatives. You will work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align programs with customer needs and business objectives. This role is highly collaborative, data-driven, and ideal for a marketer who thrives on driving measurable impact and optimizing campaigns to maximize engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct experience marketing to MSPs
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Proven track record designing and executing lifecycle or expansion-focused marketing programs
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills for email campaigns, enablement content, and customer communications
  • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities
  • Knowledge of MSP customer lifecycle dynamics, adoption, growth, and retention strategies
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Account Management, Customer Support, and Marketing teams
  • Data-driven approach with experience measuring program effectiveness and optimizing campaigns for results

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity or related technology markets is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage MSP-focused marketing programs that drive adoption, retention, and expansion across the customer base
  • Build and oversee email nurture campaigns and lifecycle initiatives for MSP customers at different stages
  • Lead MSP-targeted initiatives, such as webinars, campaigns, and value-focused programs, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop and distribute MSP-facing enablement resources that support growth and adoption
  • Align marketing programs with Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure relevance and impact
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, providing actionable insights to optimize engagement and customer outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality execution of campaigns
