About The Position

Join Lincoln Tech in partnership with NJ Transit to train their workforce on the systems that keep one of the nation’s largest public transit fleets moving. This role is built for high‑level diesel and electrical/electronic technicians who understand modern bus powertrains, multiplexed electronics, and advanced diagnostic workflows — and who want to share that expertise with working NJ Transit professionals. This is not a desk job. It’s a hands‑on, mobile, fleet‑integrated training role working across NJ Transit facilities. If you know heavy‑duty diesel, electrical networks, and modern vehicle controls inside and out, your experience will directly shape the next generation of transit technicians.
