Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in NDT inspection.
• CWI or ICC welding certification.
• Prior Level II certification in MT & UT.
• Knowledgeable in AWS and API Code Requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable driving record.
• Ability to apply examination criteria in accordance with applicable standards/specifications/procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Computer skills, especially familiarity with MS Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CWI and WABO Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate equipment for NDE testing.
• Interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Perform Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) on ferromagnetic materials using various techniques.
• Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for routine thickness measurement.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to assigned trainees and NDE Level I personnel.
• Organize and report results of assigned NDT.
• Follow advancements in the Inspection/NDE field and pursue continuing technical education.
