Be the first responder for all troubleshooting activities at the ACCRA presses Monitor, maintain and improve all systems related to the ACCRA process Collaborate with engineering, production and maintenance staff to eliminate downtime and increase throughput Troubleshoot and repair various types of electrical controls, drives, die electrical problems, hydraulic issues, robot paths, etc. Assist tool and die in the troubleshooting and repair of the ACCRA dies Track and effectively communicate machine issues to other shifts, maintenance and engineering Use laptop and various software programs and network interfaces to communicate with equipment Read and troubleshoot PLC programs Collaborate with technical staff on improving HMI & robot programs Supervise and assist production on all press changeovers Perform preventative maintenance requirements as scheduled and assigned Schedule time, materials and equipment required to perform tasks, and to properly use and complete required documentation Understand part print requirements, assist ACCRA Tech with understanding and reacting to quality related issues Lead and maintain 5S standards Support of Production as and when required Assist in keeping a spare parts inventory Additional responsibilities may be added when necessary To learn more about Multimatic, check out our youtube channel - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psOjJIh3t90 If you are interested in this position, apply by sending us your cover letter and resume.
