About The Position
Exciting career opportunity at the CHASCO Family YMCA in Round Rock, TX. The full-time exempt Multi Department Program Coordinator will provide leadership and support for multiple departments and will interact with employees, management, and members in an outgoing, courteous manner. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to relate well to children, to communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain positive relations with members staff, and Y leadership
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of members, participants, volunteers or Y employees
- Ability to attract, maintain, lead and motivate quality staff
- Model the YMCA core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility
- The ability to plan, develop, organize, manage, and administer tasks
- Must have valid Texas Driver license and necessary liability insurance
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history check and sex offender registry check, and reference checks
- Must be available to work various shift, some nights and weekends
Nice To Haves
- A 4 year college degree is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Hands on management of Multi Departments including ESPORTS and Camp Round Rock
- Staff supervision
- Assist with opening and closing and attendance tracking
- Handle all incidents and accident reports
- Assist with training and staff scheduling
- Repositioning staff to best serve the members
- Assure safe and secure facilities
- Achieve Archery Trainer Certification within 60 days
- Achieve Belay Certification within 60 days
