About The Position

The Multi-Media Coordinator will be responsible for production, editing, and dissemination of the agency's multi-media efforts including website maintenance, social media posts and correspondence, as well as other video, audio and print messaging. The Multi-Media Coordinator will serve as the agency media point of contact. Responsible for ensuring corporate image consistent with the mission and goals of the agency and community action.

Requirements

  • Bachelors of Science in Communications, Marketing or similar education preferred.
  • 2 years of experience as Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop InDesign, Spark, Premier, Aftereffect and Lightroom
  • Competent in photography and videography.
  • Knowledge of web design and web site management/maintenance.
  • Experience with content management.
  • Team player with good time management skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals
  • Produce, coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content including but not limited to website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc.
  • Collect proposed media releases, edit as needed, present to leadership for approval, schedule and post
  • Monitor incoming correspondence submitted through social media and ensure responses
  • Maintain and manage all social media channels
  • Liaise with Administration and Program Leadership
  • Suggest strategies and methods for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends
  • Serve as point of contact for press releases and media interaction
