Evening Multi‑Modality IR & Cath Lab Tech – Premium Pay + Minimal Call! Mount Carmel Grove City | Monday–Thursday | 3 PM – 11 PM Ready for a role that blends advanced skills, great pay, and a balanced schedule? Join our dynamic Imaging team supporting after‑hours Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology at Mount Carmel Grove City. We’re seeking a talented Multi‑Modality IR and Cath Lab Tech to work an evening schedule with excellent premium pay, added shift differentials, and minimal on‑call requirements. Position Purpose: The Interventional Radiographer performs angiographic procedures including invasive vascular treatments and examinations of a technical level consistent with optimal image quality, including a variety of technical and non-technical tasks.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program or an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program
  • Registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Valid State of Ohio Radiological License required.
  • CI or CV registry preferred.
  • Cardiovascular Technologist with Registered Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist (RCIS) certification through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), with 2 years work experience in cardiac catheterization preferred
  • 2 years work experience in all phases of diagnostic radiography, preferred; with angiography, cardiac catherization, or surgery experience preferred.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of interventional procedures both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality.
  • Responsible for entering on-line charges in the computer system (Radiology Information System-RIS) and accountable for charges as specified by the Administrative Policy, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Participates in On-Call coverage as applicable.
  • Follows guidelines for Radiation Safety as outlined in MCHS Radiation Safety Policy Manual
  • Scheduling patients for CT/MR/US patients
  • Reviewing supply outdates to ensure safety and readiness
  • Stocking rooms with both general supplies and room‑specific materials
  • Preparing supplies for next‑day procedures
  • Provides patient care, ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism within established Radiology and Imaging National standards.
  • Attends in-service programs and departmental meetings.
