About The Position

We have a Multi-Site Leasing Agent position available for Longhorn Pavilion and Arbor on Date in Lancaster, CA which consist of 344 Units. Duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation/applications. This position also provides general support to the Community Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Knowledge of property management
• Possession of a valid California driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
• Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent
• General knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulations
• Experience with Yardi Systems

Responsibilities

• General office duties
• Show units to prospective residents
• Distribute brochures and information about the community
• Assist with advertising vacant units
• Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising
• Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests
