We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and mentor on-site maintenance teams, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Your focus will be on fostering a positive community environment while ensuring property upkeep and operational efficiency. Requirements

Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
Working cell phone.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
Work Order Management: Assign, track, and complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
Vendor Coordination: Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols; maintain a safe work environment.
Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets; control costs for supplies and repairs.
Inventory Control: Maintain adequate stock of tools, equipment, and supplies; track usage and reorder as needed.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs when on call.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
Resident Interaction: Communicate professionally with residents regarding maintenance concerns and timelines.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Capital Projects Support: Assist with planning and execution of major renovations or upgrades.
Salt & snow removal duties.
