About The Position

The Multi Tech II is responsible for safely operating vacuum and pressure forming machines, ensuring high-quality production output, and performing tooling changeovers. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to support production in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• high school diploma or equivalent
• strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers
• basic math and measurement skills
• read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• team-oriented and work well with others
• willing to learn and follow detailed technical procedures
• detail-oriented and quality focused

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Verify job orders, materials, and tooling components meet customer specifications and revision requirements
• Retrieve, inspect, and prepare tooling components for production setup
• Perform accurate and timely machine changeovers and adjustments
• Fine-tune press settings to ensure high-quality finished product
• Record production data, including setup, teardown, and quality measurements
• Work closely with packers to ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain housekeeping standards within the thermoforming area
• Assist with reclaim quality checks and follow reclaim procedures
