Multi-Unit General Manager
About The Position

We are looking for a talented and experienced General Manager to oversee multiple stores, a role designed for driven professionals eager to make a significant impact. Your Role: Accelerate revenue growth across all locations Inspire and guide team members through direct reports and store management teams Balance hands-on management with strategic oversight of both stores Transform operational insights into actionable strategies that boost productivity, profitability, and overall performance Cultivate future leaders by developing talent today What This Role Is Not: A typical corporate desk job with infrequent store visits Acceptable of mediocrity; we aim for excellence For managers content with maintaining the status quo rather than driving growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in progressive retail or restaurant management
- At least 2 years managing multiple units successfully (preferred)
- Strong ability to analyze P&L statements and translate data into strategic actions
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between locations (50% travel required)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with licensed stores or franchises
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Proven success in developing managers who advance in their careers
