As a Victra Store in Store, Multi General Manager, you'll have the chance to control your career leading one to three (SIS) Store in Store locations. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and competitive drive, you will have the power to create the ultimate Store in Store experience. In this role, you will: Lead your team to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, while personally exceeding targets. Leading multiple SIS kiosks and following leadership rhythms. Work alongside peers and frontline consultants, learning and sharing ideas to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. Working cross functionally to give feedback on program elements. Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our guest's need. Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. Teach, coach and train team member on EGET promise. Requirements

  • Three or more years of Leadership, Customer Experience, and Talent Management preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Ability to coach, train and lead by example with stellar personal sales.
  • Ability to attract customers via strong engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with Business owners to drive Business sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and is 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • All Multi General Managers must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
  • Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
