This role requires individuals to oversee the day-to-day work and operations of Store Managers and leadership teams to ensure adherence to organization guidelines. Multi-Unit Managers take on additional human resources duties such as recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. This role also requires creating and implementing new operational standards.
