Here are some responsibilities for the potential Multifamily Asset Analyst: Support multifamily investment decisions across acquisitions, refinancing, dispositions, and asset strategy through financial analysis and market insight Interpret underwriting assumptions, cash flows, return metrics, and sensitivities to assess risk, value drivers, and upside potential Develop a working understanding of multifamily markets, including rent trends, occupancy dynamics, and supply-demand factors Apply financial and operating analysis to evaluate asset and portfolio performance relative to business plans Contribute to investment materials, internal approvals, and stakeholder communications with clear, well-supported insights Maintain high standards of analytical rigor, accuracy, and data integrity while exercising sound judgment and discretion As the ideal candidate, your background includes: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related experience preferred 4+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, investment analysis, or commercial finance preferred Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Experience with Yardi, CoStar, and analytics tools preferred Familiarity with multifamily operations, leasing metrics, and NOI drivers Core Competencies Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and financial accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional judgment, discretion, and accountability Some positions with Bryten may require candidates to be based in a specific location for consideration, while some roles may be fully remote (within the U.S.) if it aligns with the needs of the position. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related experience preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, investment analysis, or commercial finance preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
