Our Impact: The Surveillance Team in Asset Management and Operations detects and manages credit, regulatory, and reputational risk in Freddie Mac Multifamily’s investment, transitional, and specially serviced portfolio. We work with various groups at Freddie Mac, the Optigo network, and the US Multifamily industry. By monitoring credit quality and portfolio performance, we help maximize investor recovery, provide excellent service to borrowers, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policy. Your Impact: In this role, your responsibilities will include: Monitor portfolio performance and compliance Evaluate collateral and loans; assist with due diligence Help streamline business processes and improve monitoring Complete special projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience preferred in asset management, banking, or finance, with emphasis on asset management, commercial lending, property inspections, or credit analysis/underwriting Insurance and/or property management knowledge is preferred Keys to Success in this Role: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize and work independently Strong organizational skills Current Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $73,000 - $109,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred in asset management, banking, or finance, with emphasis on asset management, commercial lending, property inspections, or credit analysis/underwriting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
