About The Position
Peak Property Management is hiring a full-time Multifamily Porter / Grounds Technician for our Petersburg apartment communities. This is an entry-level maintenance role with opportunity to grow into a Maintenance Technician position.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Handyman or apartment maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal
- Trash removal and dumpster area upkeep
- Blow sidewalks and common areas
- Assist with unit turns and trash-outs
- Replace light bulbs, air filters, smoke detector batteries
- Perform minor handyman tasks (patching, caulking, small repairs)
- Report safety concerns promptly
