Goodwin's Multimedia department produces and distributes compelling external and internal facing marketing content by producing creative videos, live streaming broadcasts, motion graphics, animations, Podcasts, and other forms of multimedia. The Multimedia team's services consist of consultation, planning, creating, producing, and implementing marketing multimedia communication to fit the specific needs of stakeholders across all of Goodwin's creative multimedia efforts. As the Multimedia Co-op, you will support Multimedia and Design artists in producing video and audio productions from ideation to execution and distribution. Including but not limited to web and social content, live broadcasts, video and audio content as tied to external marketing campaigns, and other firm-wide multimedia projects.

Requirements

  • Close attention to detail and a good eye for design & layout, and interaction.
  • Familiarity with Adobe creative suite.
  • Fundamental knowledge of video production, digital media, and industry standards.
  • Fundamental knowledge of video editing and composition.
  • Excels in a collaborative team environment.
  • Thrives while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Works well within a deadline-driven department.
  • Familiarity with Multimedia video Platforms (Vimeo, Brightcove) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Linked In).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Multimedia and Design artists on Multimedia productions.
  • Create or refine video/audio and graphic elements for content using Adobe creative suite and similar editing platforms.
  • Help prepare and operate equipment and gear for video shoots (cameras, lighting, audio, and broadcast equipment, including digital/studio cameras, lavalier microphones, video switchers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the full Marketing team, Project Leads, and Subject Matter Experts to execute a creative vision.
  • Assist in producing and directing audio projects (Podcasts, voice-overs, and other forms of audio content).
  • Prepare media files to be shared and distributed across multiple digital platforms.
  • Manage and organize media assets and files.
