In this hands-on, creative multimedia internship, you’ll partner closely with Minitab’s Employee Brand Experience Manager to help bring our culture, people, and employee stories to life. You’ll design and produce engaging content for Minitab’s SharePoint intranet—our digital home for employees—while collaborating with teams across the company to create employee-driven stories that support internal communications, employer branding, and recruiting efforts. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, design, and creating meaningful experiences—not just content for content’s sake. You’ll gain real-world experience working across text, graphics, digital animation, video, photography, and audio—learning how these elements come together to create compelling multimedia experiences for a real audience, with meaningful impact. Beyond creation, you’ll help shape the experience. You’ll support research and trend analysis, assist with user experience surveys, and monitor engagement and site analytics to understand what resonates and why. You’ll also build hands-on skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPoint, gaining exposure to the tools used by modern communications and brand teams. Each week, you’ll collaborate in team meetings, brainstorm new ideas, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. By the end of the internship, you won’t just have portfolio pieces—you’ll understand how employer branding, digital experience, and culture storytelling intersect to shape how people experience work.
