About The Position

Creek Technologies is seeking a Multimedia Visual Communications Specialist to support mission-focused programs by producing compelling multimedia content that communicates program initiatives and impact to internal and external audiences. In this role, you will create and manage multimedia products including videos, photography, graphics, and digital media that help tell the story of program achievements and initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong creative and technical skills in multimedia production and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging content.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, videography, or a related field.
Proficiency with multimedia production software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of photography and videography techniques, equipment, and visual storytelling principles.
Experience creating and editing videos for digital platforms, including scripting, filming, and post-production editing.
Strong graphic design skills with attention to visual detail, layout, and branding consistency.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual communication products.
Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency with digital collaboration and communication tools such as Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
Degree or certificate in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, photography, animations, graphics, and interactive presentations.
Capture and edit photographs and videos to document program activities and events.
Design visually compelling graphics, logos, infographics, signage, and digital media to support communication initiatives.
Develop and maintain website content and design, ensuring a user-friendly experience and visually engaging interface.
Ensure all multimedia products align with organizational branding standards and communication guidelines.
Organize, catalog, and archive multimedia assets to ensure easy retrieval and proper management of digital content.
Select and operate appropriate multimedia production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Use industry-standard software and tools for video editing, graphic design, animation, and audio production.
Ensure multimedia products meet standards for accuracy, security, and operational requirements, including OPSEC considerations.
Stay current on multimedia production trends, technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate with communication teams, leadership, and subject matter experts to produce effective multimedia products.
Review stakeholder feedback and revise multimedia content to improve quality and effectiveness.
Participate in meetings and planning discussions to support the development of multimedia communication products.
Tailor visual communication products to specific audiences to effectively convey program value and impact.
