Zions Bancorporation is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Municipal Operations Analyst to join our team located in downtown Salt Lake City. This role involves a variety of functions including booking, servicing, and the operations of the Zions’ municipal loan and lease portfolio. This position is also responsible for ongoing monitoring of loans and leases. If you have a drive to make a real impact on our day-to day operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Work related to the booking, servicing and operations of Zions’ municipal loan and lease portfolio Collaboration with internal Zions departments including legal to ensure all municipal and bank requirements are met for newly originated municipal loans and leases Preparation of loan and lease files through Credit Lead Ongoing monitoring of loans and leases (payment processing, draws/advances processing, lien perfections, collection of insurance, monitoring of past due payments, processing of paid-in-full leases/loans) Customer interaction via phone and email on loan servicing Ongoing interaction with Enterprise Loan Operations regarding loans/leases (BaNCS System) Internal monitoring and quality control of booked loans and leases Experience with Credit Lead and/or BaNCS desired for internal candidates

Requirements

• Attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Organization ability and ability to balance multiple projects
• Requires a Bachelors or a combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Some experience in accounting, financial analysis, or other directly related experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis practices, principles, applications and analysis methods.

• Experience with Credit Lead and/or BaNCS desired for internal candidates
