About The Position

ACES Wintergreen Magnet School is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Music Teacher, specifically for general music and choral instruction. The ideal candidate should be versed in both choral and instrumental teaching, familiar with elementary and middle school age students and able to connect with both students and families. Experience with musical theater preferred. The vision at Wintergreen is “to provide all students with a safe and nurturing environment that immerses each student in the arts, grounds them in restorative behaviors, and engages their minds to ensure academic and personal success”. The ideal candidate is well acquainted with the key components of restorative practices and arts integration. ACES Wintergreen Interdistrict Magnet School is seeking a part-time music artist to join our dynamic team of teaching professionals committed to the development of young people. The music position will require coordinating and leading performances and other school-wide events. A passion for sharing the love of music, integrating music in other curricular areas, and utilizing new technologies is preferred.
