Providence Swedish is seeking a licensed Music Therapist to join our Oncology Outpatient Clinics. In this role, you will provide evidence-based music therapy interventions that reduce stress, strengthen coping skills, foster creative expression, and support the physical and emotional well-being of patients and families throughout the cancer journey. You will work as a core member of the Psychosocial Oncology Team—which includes Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Social Work, and Psychiatry—collaborating with medical staff to ensure an integrated, interdisciplinary approach to patient and family support. The position also provides opportunities for independent clinical practice, including both individual and group interventions, while expanding and embedding music therapy services across our oncology clinics. If you are passionate about advancing the role of Music Therapy in oncology care, we welcome your application. Providence Swedish caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Swedish First Hill and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.
