Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must speak fluent English.
Must be a certified and licensed nail technician in the State of Texas.
Must have full weekend availability, Thursday through Sunday.
Must be able to perform in a professional manner under pressure.
Must have previous experience as a nail technician.
Understand that the job may require bending, stooping, and lifting of materials of moderate weight.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality nail salon services to members and guests in accordance with spa protocols.
Report to work on time in a properly cleaned and pressed uniform.
Perform all guest activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with management and fellow associates in all Omni departments.
Maintain to a professional relationship with clients of Mokara Spa.
Adhere to all standard policies and procedures.
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
Keep work area tidy and stocked with sufficient supplies for a full day of operation.
Properly care for equipment and implements and tools and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all nail services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
Perform all services for which training has been received in the allotted period and without personal interpretation of the treatment application.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Attend Omni required training classes and team meetings outside of Spa open hours.
Must agree and adhere to compensation acknowledgment and tip reporting guidelines.
Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.
