About The Position
THE BEACH CLUB NAIL TECHNICIAN The Nail Technician performs professional nail, hand and foot treatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails, including the basic knowledge of a hand and foot massage and techniques of nail polish application. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills, and be willing to train in our Spa's specific nail services offerings. This is an independent contractor position and is paid on a commission basis. Duties and Responsibilities Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Knowledge of Nail protocols, and sanitation. Cleansing, shaping and polishing. Maintain safe and healthy conditions by following organization standards and legal regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Be knowledgeable about Spa services and products. Maintain cleanliness of salon per Spectrum and health standards Ability to perform other assigned duties as needed Skills/Experience: Must have State of Alabama Nail Technician or Cosmetology License Minimum of 1 year prior spa/salon experience, preferred Excellent guest service skills required Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work flexible schedule to meet needs of Salon hours of operation Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel At Spectrum Resorts, we believe in teamwork, family, and supporting each other. Requirements
- Must have State of Alabama Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
- Minimum of 1 year prior spa/salon experience, preferred
- Excellent guest service skills required
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
