Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Valid CPR & First Aid certification
Minimum age: 21 years
Non-smoker
Ability to pass an extensive background check in
TrustLine certification or willing to obtain upon hire (required for all placements in California)
Three immediate professional childcare references
Comfortable supporting travel, structured routines, and family-centered activities
Committed to a long-term placement, providing stability and consistency for the children
Flexible living arrangement: open to either live-out (local candidates) or live-in

Responsibilities

Lead care and support for all children
Support morning school routines, breakfast, and preparation for the day
Afternoon care, including after-school routines, homework support, and enrichment activities
Maintain household clarity and organization, assisting with structure and schedules
Assist with transportation (family vehicle or own vehicle), occasional outings, and sports-related activities
Travel with the family when needed (private flight opportunities possible)
Collaborate with a second nanny to provide seamless care
