About The Position
A warm family in Cumming is seeking a long-term, part-time nanny for their 4.5-month-old daughter. She is on a consistent eat, play, sleep routine, wakes around 6:30 AM, and is bottle-fed goat milk formula. She currently takes shorter naps, often contact naps, and the family would love help transitioning her to crib naps. She is beginning to teeth, will soon start purées (one food at a time), and thrives on engagement. Responsibilities include following her routine, supporting developmental milestones like tummy time and rolling, reading and narrating throughout the day, creating sensory activities, spending time outdoors, and taking walks or outings to the playground or pool. The family practices no screen time and values active, attentive care. Light housekeeping includes baby laundry, tidying play areas, keeping floors clean as she becomes more mobile, and occasionally letting the dog out or taking it on walks. They are looking for a trustworthy, warm, playful, and positive nanny who is receptive to feedback, professional in appearance and demeanor, and excited to build a lasting relationship with their family.
