The Opportunity We’re launching a new Enterprise Sales team and looking for a National Account Director – ITAM (Healthcare) to help us acquire new logos and grow strategic healthcare relationships across the U.S. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives in complex sales cycles, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and wants to grow with a fast-scaling organization. You’ll represent ER2’s values in every interaction — serving clients while driving meaningful revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of complex B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or highly regulated industries
  • Proven hunter mentality with documented quota achievement (multiple top 10% finishes preferred)
  • Experience navigating long, consultative sales cycles and executive-level decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to clearly articulate value
  • Comfortable prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new logo opportunities
  • Confident, disciplined user of CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and hit targets consistently
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable
  • Adaptive and solution-focused in fast-changing environments
  • Collaborative team player who shares best practices and contributes to team success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 2+ years of leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily to uncover and qualify new enterprise healthcare opportunities
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, and provider networks
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition, cross-selling, and account expansion
  • Retain and grow assigned healthcare accounts by developing deep, multi-level relationships
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, production, operations, and enablement teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Optimize sales workflows using CRM tools, AI, and automation to increase efficiency
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine sales strategies
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota targets and support 20–30% revenue growth
  • Model and promote ER2’s mission, values, and core behaviors in every client interaction
