The National Account Manager (NAM) develops strategic partnerships with specific national accounts, growing our revenue with these accounts while ensuring profitability as well as a consistent customer experience. The NAM focuses on all aspects of the customer relationship including customer satisfaction, pricing, as addressing risk and issues to ensure customer retention and a long-term relationship. The NAM focuses on the value-add that Badger can bring to the customer as well as differentiating Badger from other non-destructive excavation companies in North America. The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience. This role can be based anywhere in the US near a major airport.
