This role involves leading with advice, being a subject matter expert, and coaching others. The Development Banker is responsible for identifying and capturing opportunities, taking prospects to committed clients, and implementing products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with markets to identify and capture new client opportunities. Shares solutions and presents to market leadership. Client Development: Primary focus of efforts on platform and product implementation, presenting wealth plans with solutions. Origination and Onboarding: Lead the process of converting prospects into clients who are committed to working with JPMorgan at core market levels. Coaching: Mentor other bankers in communication, change in direction, and client development strategies. Metrics: Responsible for net new clients, Deposit/Investment flows, and the transfer of clients committed to growth.
