About The Position

Clean Harbors is seeking a National InSite Manager to provide operational leadership and floating support for refinery-based InSite programs. This role will initially support operations in El Segundo, CA, with additional support for refinery and InSite locations based on business needs. The National InSite Manager will help launch new programs, train permanent site leadership, provide coverage for operational gaps, support customer-facing operations, and help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution across assigned locations. This role is also responsible for monitoring operational performance, supporting compliance expectations, and identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts. This position is ideal for a candidate with leadership experience, strong operational judgment, and experience managing personnel, equipment, and site assets in a refinery, hazardous waste, transportation, environmental services, or industrial setting. The role will begin in the El Segundo refinery area and later assist other refinery accounts, including Northern California and other locations, depending on business demand. Travel may vary depending on account needs, new program wins, and turnaround support.
