We're looking for a National Program Manager - Workers' Compensation at an exciting time - we've successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY. As our National Program Manager for Workers Compensation, you'll be instrumental in supporting and scaling our Workers Compensation division. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and network development, reporting directly to senior leadership. You'll be the operational backbone of our WC program, driving excellence across workflows, team performance, and client delivery.
