About The Position
As our National Resident RN, you will experience a dynamic and supportive residency, receiving personalized attention to foster long-term success and cross-training across our interconnected Nursing units. Applications will be open March 1- March 7, 2026. The program start date is August 3, 2026 This posting is for the following facilities: Arroyo Grande California Hospital Medical Center Community Hospital San Bernardino French Hospital Glendale Memorial Marian Regional Mercy Merced Northridge Hospital St. Bernardine St. Johns Regional St Johns Camarillo St. Mary- Long Beach All applicants will be offered the opportunity to provide additional information after you submit your application. You will select your top 3 locations and top 2 specialty areas of interest at that time. This does not guarantee an interview. All responses will be due no later than March 9, 2026. Requirements
- Associates Of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience
- Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
- AHA Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support- upon hire
- Other certifications may be required based on specialty
