Job Title National Sales Director What does a successful National Sales Director do at Fiserv? You will significantly expand Fiserv's market share within the payments industry primarily through direct sales of Fiserv's Partner Solutions programs including account related service support of newly signed agent partners. You are a quota-carrying, generator of sales revenue through the recruitment of independent agents. Your efforts will play a crucial role in growing our market presence and establishing long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in solutions sales within the fintech or information technology space, preferably within payments.
  • 7+ years with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of experience working with agent networks or Independent Sales Organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience with payment solutions catering to single-member LLCs.
  • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Optimization, and/or Account Processing/Core solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage executive-level relationships and develop effective selling strategies to drive revenue, proactively manage the sales process and ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat business.
  • Drive strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify, and secure new Fiserv clients to exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the effective and rapid movement of leads through the sales process, including qualification, presentation, and closing of profitable business.
  • Build internal and external industry networks to stay current on trends and articulate Fiserv’s value in the market.
